Calendar of Events

MGTA offers a wide variety of educational seminars and other events throughout the year. Seminar topics include timeless favorites such as Letters of Credit and Incoterms, as well as emerging issues that affect our membership and the international trade community. MGTA also holds an annual winter reception for its membership, a summer golf outing, and other special networking events.

After the outreach program, join your colleagues and our two National Import Specialists for a few hours of networking while enjoying delicious hors d’oeuvres and a cash bar.

Please note that registration for the networking event is separate from outreach program; you can come to either or both events!

The facility is conveniently located just west of downtown Minneapolis at the intersection of Highways 394 and 100, with plenty of free parking.

From the East: Take I-394 West to the Xenia/Park Place exit. Turn right on Xenia to Golden Hills Drive.*

From the West: Take I-394 East to the Xenia/Park Place exit. Turn left on Xenia to Golden Hills Drive.*

From the North: Take Hwy 100 South to I-394 West to the Xenia/Park Place exit. Turn right on Xenia to Golden Hills Drive.*

From the South: Take Hwy 100 North to I-394 West to the Xenia/Park Place exit. Turn right on Xenia to Golden Hills Drive.*

*Turn right on Golden Hills Drive and go one block to Turner’s Crossroad. Turn right on Turner’s Crossroad. The Metropolitan is on the left, across from the Colonnade building.
