Andrew is Sales and Operations executive with 20 years supply chain experience in international logistics, manufacturing, distribution, technology, and finance. Andrew has held roles in International sales and operations management in both Chicago and London. Based in Chicago at AIT Worldwide Logistics Global Headquarters, Andrew is Director of Sales for Central USA overseeing P&L responsibility for 8 USA offices. Andrew resides in Chicago and holds a BA Degree in Supply Chain from The Ohio State University, Columbus, OH

Michael HatfieldMichael Hatfield, General Manager, Cargo Sales – Global & Key Accounts, Delta

Michael is a cargo sales executive with Delta Air Lines, Inc. in Atlanta, Georgia reporting directly into the Managing Director of Global Sales. Michael has 25+ years of freight forwarding / airline cargo sales experience including 20 years of working for two of the world’s largest airlines. Having joined Delta Cargo in January 2014, Michael is now responsible for managing a high caliber team of Global and Key Account Executives that are responsible for managing over 60% of Delta’s freight revenue. Headquartered in Atlanta and serving nearly 200 million people annually, Delta offers 5,000 daily departures to more than 300 destinations and over 50 countries. Michael’s team of sales professionals have a core responsibility of managing and growing the relationships with Delta’s top Global and Key Accounts in several industry verticals. Michael holds a BS Degree in Accounting from the University of Maryland - School of Business, College Park, MD

Ashley Curry Ashley Curry, Director Sales Domestic Intermodal, BNSF

Ashley Curry is based in Fort Worth, Texas and currently serves as Director Sales, Consumer Products for BNSF Railway. In this role, Ashley leads the sales team efforts for several of BNSF’s domestic intermodal customers. In the last 8 years, Ashley has held a variety of positions at BNSF including Director Sales, Industrial Products; Business Development Manager, Industrial Products as well as various manager positons in the Agricultural Products business unit.

Ashley serves on the Board of Directors for Meals on Wheels of North Tarrant County and chairs the marketing committee.

Ashley attended Texas A&M University and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Masters of Science degree in Marketing. Ashley resides in Fort Worth, Texas with her husband Blake and 1 year old daughter Hallie.

Peter Doyle Peter Doyle, Ocean Product Manager, AIT Worldwide Logistics

Peter is an ocean operations manager with 5+ years of experience in international logistics, procurement, technology and finance. Peter has held several roles, within the Chicagoland area, focusing on business development and procurement.

Based in Chicago, at AIT Worldwide Logistics, Peter is the Ocean Product Manager – Chicago Station overseeing roughly $15M in revenue for a variety of local, regional and global accounts. Peter resides in Chicago and holds a double BA in Economics and International Relations from Northern Illinois University, DeKalb, IL.  

Ben Snyder Ben Snyder, Manager - North America Surface Transportation, CH Robinson

Ben is a manger of North American Surface Transportation and is located in Rochester, MN. Ben has 7+ years of supply chain experience, working with C.H. Robinson’s largest customers as an account manager in the National Account Center and as a sales executive.

He currently manages a team of sales executives, account managers, and operations representatives. Ben oversees a $75M portfolio comprised of diverse companies ranging from fortune 500 organizations to small businesses and has a history of implementing multi-modal supply chain solutions. Graduating from University of Minnesota-Duluth, Ben earned a degree in Organizational Management with a minor in psychology and is a Certified Supply Chain Professional (APICS - CSCP).
