Presenter: Yvonne Halpaus – QNET LLC:BV

Yvonne Halpaus is senior partner at QNET LLC since 1996, a Regulatory Affairs consulting firm specializing in CE marking of medical devices, PPE, machinery and ATEX, headquartered in Elk River, Minnesota. QNET’s approach to deliver these services in ‘plain English’ is greatly appreciated by clients who find the entire CE marking process complicated.

She is a director at QNET BV - The Netherlands an EU Authorized Representative firm.

In addition Ms. Halpaus has successfully resolved several cases where EU Directives and standards, or lack thereof, have been used to deny American manufacturers entry into the EU market.

Once a Trade Barrier case has been fully documented and investigated she teams up with USEAC in Minnesota, Washington DC and Brussels, in order to arrive at a solution. This has resulted in serious EU export sales increases for the affected manufacturers
